21 THINKING PATTERNS


1. HAVE A BIG REASON WHY you want to be successful in network marketing that really matters to you. Let it be the driving force that motivates you daily. Let it be the wood for your internal fire.

2. PICK A FEW PERSONAL GOALS that really motivate.  Goals that you can accomplish by having success in network marketing. Write them down. review them often. Make sure they are YOUR goals & not someone else's. Use your REASON WHY to motivate you to accomplish your goals.  Having a big reason why & goals will drive you thru the obstacles you will encounter. Your GOALS literally force you to become the person you need to be in order to accomplish them.  The BIGGER the goals, the more you will have to go thru to accomplish them.

3. HAVE A WORK HARD MENTALITY.  There is a saying that ONLY time success comes before WORK is in the dictionary. The harder you work, the luckier you will get. Make sure it is intelligent hard work. If something is not working, dont keep doing it over and OVER again. Try something different. Not having success- TRY HARDER, TRY SMARTER.

4. HAVE AN ACTION MINDSET.  One of the biggest mistakes new network marketers make is they think they have to know EVERYTHING about their product or opportunity before they can work the business. That mindset creates inactivity. Once you make a decision to work a network marketing opportunity you should focus 90% of your time on action, 10% on learning. This is an ACTION BUSINESS. Learn the basics, use the tools, use the systems, plug into your upline who is having success and then GO GO GO!.  The only way to REALLY learn network marketing is by doing it not reading about it. This is crucial to your success.

5. DON"T JUST TAKE ACTION. TAKE MASSIVE< FOCUSED ACTION. Throw everything you have at it. Make a full commitment & GO. If you are just working network marketing as a hobby or to create part time income you can be casual about the business and that is OK. But if you want to create MASSIVE INCOME, you must take MASSIVE FOCUSED ACTION.

6. ACTIVITY is what create results. Not positive thinking. Do not wait to be positive before you take action. Discipline yourself to take action daily regardless fo how you feel. Do something daily to build your business. Have a daily ACTION plan of the activities that directly lead to acquiring new customers & distributors. Discipline to do it DAILY. Consistent, Persistent effort is MUCH more important to your success than beinga super hot shot.


7. HAVE A LONG TERM PERSPECTIVE. Stay within your budget on any & all marketing expenses.  Plan for the long term. Dont' take yourself out of the game by being a 90- day wonder.  It takes a while to build up your residual income base, but once  it starts coming in there is nothing in the world like it.

8. YOU MUST REALLY LIKE YOUR PRODUCT & OPPORTUNITY. There is no way you can have success in network marketing if you do not believe in & are excited about your opportunity & product. You don't have to have a wild maniac excitement. Just a solid enthusiasm that comes from really believing in it. A good question to ask yourself before joining ANY networking marketing company is " Would I buy this product at the retail price regardless of the opportunity?" A second question to ask is "Would I refer my mother to this product & or opportunity?" These two questions will save you a LOT of grief from picking the wrong opportunity.

9. YOUR BUSINESS WILL BECOME HOW YOU TREAT IT. And how you think about your business will determine how you will treat it.  If you think your business is P7000k a month business, then that is how you will treat it.  If you think it will make you P 100,000 or P1M a month, then that is how you treat it.  Treat your business the way you would like it to BECOME, and it will become that type of business.

10. DO NOT BE AFRAID OF FAILURE. You will most likely NOT have immediate success. You will make mistakes. You will not know all the answers. Realize success is built on failure. You only find out what works, by what doesnt. Through failure comes success. Learn from your failures, pick yourself and ATTACK your goals. Understand fear of failure is REALLY pride.  Success involves being humble enough to allow yourself to go through failure in order to learn.

11.New Distributors have a tendency to think everyone will buy their products or sign up in their opportunity just because they are excited about it. And when people don't, they are greatly disappointed.Operate from reality. The REALITY is MOST people will not join your opportunity or try your product. That is PERFECTLY NORMAL. It even happens to the TOP network marketers. they just don't let it emotionally affect them.  Accept that right from the beginning & you will save yourself a lot of emotional wear & tear.

12. BE TEACHABLE. You are in school. Everyday you will learn something NEW, if you are DOING the business. You have to be doing this business to learn this business. You can not learn network marketing any other way. When things are not working, check upline until you find someone who is being successful.  Listen to what they have to say. They are having success for a reason.  You will be temporarily uncomfortable doing new things as you develop the skills needed to be a TOP NETWORK MARKETER. Go through that process willingly & you will have success much faster.

13. KEEP YOUR PIPELINE ( lots of prospects going through different stages of being introduced to your business ) filled at ALL TIMES. The key is to be always be moving so fast you don't have time to dwell about failure or rejection because you are totally focused on some positive activity that is building your business. When you let your pipeline of prospects or customers run low, you operate from a position of lack. When you have a full pipeline, you operate from a position of abundance. With that comes confidence & when someone is not interested it does not affect you. If you only have one prospect in your pipeline, & they drop out, you are in trouble.

14. Ask yourself, "WHAT ONE THING CAN I DO TODAY TO MASSIVELY BUILD MY NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS?"  Then do it.

15. The phone is is your BEST FRIEND. Master the phone & make a fortune. Be afraid of the phone & you will never make any significant money in network marketing.  Use the phone to follow up personally with all your leads & customers. Be yourself, be friendly, be enthusiastic, keep a smile on your face when you are talking. 3-way call your hot prospects to your upline.

16. HAVE A PROSPECTING MINDSET. Continually think about unique, creative new ways to acquire customers & distributors. And then do it. Thinking & action need to go hand in hand.

17. NETWORK MAR KETING IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. Don't try to talk people into the business or you will have to talk them into working the business. You can't build someone else's business for them. Your best comes from YOUR success story. Some people do not want to have what it takes to do to build a network marketing business.  Identify this quickly & move on. You are looking for people who WANT to do the business & are willing to do what it takes. Simple as that. YOU ARE A SORTER, NOT A SELLER.

18. START WHERE YOU ARE AT RIGHT NOW. You can't change your financial situation by dwelling on it or complaining about it. The only thing that is going to change your situation is you. Even if you are flat broke, you can become financially successful in network marketing. Just realize it will take you longer. You will have to use creative & sweat equity. But you can do it, if you NEVER QUIT. Opportunity ALWAYS comes disguised as work.

19. BE HONEST & AVOID ALL OPPORTUNITIES BASED ON GREED.

20. Look to GOD for help.

21. AS you have success & become a TOP network marketer, realize that you are not the ONLY person responsible for your success...BE GRATEFUL.

Pyramiding vs. Network Marketing


You probably heard of countless negative claims about network marketing. Most of it pertains to a system called “ponzi scheme” or more commonly known as a pyramiding scam. This is perhaps due to the several network marketing companies who eventually folded up after several years or those negative claims from distributors who did not recoup their investments.

Let’s talk about the issue of pyramiding. In every organization, there is always a ‘pyramid’ as evidenced in the organization chart where the people at the top make more money than those beneath them. Having said that,every conventional company is a pyramid. Why?  In a conventional company, there exists a structure whereby the CEO generates income from the efforts of each person below, but those workers do not have the opportunity to earn as much as, or more than, the CEO.

Have you ever heard of a general worker who makes more than the CEO or the General Manager, given that their source of income is solely dependent on their work? Does middle management ever make more than the company’s senior management does? The old model just isn’t fair for those underneath. No matter what their effort, they can never make more than those above them can. The pyramid then is not equitable.
However, in network marketing, you are building an income from the production of everyone in your organization whether you directly sponsored them or not. Each person in your organization can do the same, so now you have created a situation where everyone has the same amount to gain. It’s the fairest structure available because everyone can create exactly the same situation. And in fact, due to the nature of network marketing, people under you can and do in some cases, earn more than you simply because they can access levels that you cannot.

Everyone can reach down into their organization the exact same number of levels. If someone has created more volume in their levels than you have in yours, and some of those levels are beyond your ability to reach them, that person can actually make more than you can, even though they are under you!

In fact, Robert Kiyosaki himself, the famous author of Rich Dad Poor Dad recommends network marketing. He says that network marketing levels the playing field. It is not about your college degree, it is not the family you came from, your race, your attractiveness, or whatever the stuff that people do to discriminate. It is really about performance. If you perform, you get paid. And if you do not perform, you do not get paid. And if you do not like that, then the business is not for you.
Another thing that he pointed out is that in network marketing, they want you to get better. In the corporate world, they do not want you to get better. If  you get better, you threaten their job because you can replace them. So it is a completely different environment in network marketing.
So if this is the set up, why doesn’t everyone go out and start their own network marketing business? Kiyosaki tells something about fear. “I have a coward inside of me, I know that person very well. This is the battle we all face. And I think often times, cowards ask other cowards, and they get talk out of it, or they go, ‘Why would you do that’, and they get bullied into being a coward.”
In my quest to financial freedom, I’ve seen this industry before. I attended seminars from different network marketing companies. But sad to say, I did not work on it. I did not focus on the business and so nothing happened. They usually say that it’s a quick-rich scheme but honestly it’s not. It’s not easy to sell, much more to recruit people who will be under your organization, and train them as leaders to duplicate your success.

Network marketing, is in fact, the best training ground to become an established entrepreneur. How would you become strong if in the first place you cannot handle your fears? More so, it is the cheapest way of building a business. When you build a business from scratch, it requires huge capital plus a tremendous amount of effort because you will be solely in charge of that business from its day-to-day operations. When you build a business through franchising, it requires huge amount of capital as you’ll be buying an established business system; whereas in network marketing, you only need a small amount to start the business.

10 Words that can change your life


Words that i have learned earlier in my career and in a way i have appreciated more than before. Transitioning to a more relationship oriented and friendly culture is a phase that i think everybody goes through specially when you have been situated as the "Boss". 

Let me share words that are so simple that we tend to overlook and misunderstood.

BEGIN
Take charge of your life by beginning something
you’ve always wanted to do.

Set your mind to predict success.

What is Network Marketing?

So lets start with the Basics before i go back to my life. In my opinion this is MLM, this is how i experienced it, it worked and it best describes what i have read from one of my mentors


What is Network Marketing?

A FORM OF ADVERTISING & DISTRIBUTION
Network Marketing is simply a form of distribution that uses "word-of-mouth" advertising as a way to educate the public on the particular benefits or a particular product/service. It eliminates the need for costly media (TV, radio, newspapers, magazines) advertising which can represent more than 50% of the product cost. The opportunity goes one step further by allowing you to build your business online ! Now with a few minutes a day you have the potential to promote your business to millions of people all over the world. 

YOU DO IT ALL THE TIME
Have you ever recommended a good movie to a friend? What about the latest deal you found at a particular store or the quality of a certain product you just purchased? By referring others to a business establishment or to one of their products, you are marketing their products or services - without being paid for it. In fact, many service oriented businesses try to provide you with the best possible service because they know a happy customer will spread the word about their quality services - and what better way to advertise than through the mouth of one who is known and trusted. 

WHY IS THERE SO MUCH MONEY IN NETWORK MARKETING?
Wouldn't it be great if a movie theater or restaurant paid you a percentage of the revenue you brought them by referring someone to them? This is the concept behind Network Marketing which makes it so attractive to the thousands who are looking to secure their own future. Doing away with the millions traditional businesses spend on media advertising, Network Marketing companies can afford to pay their distributors what they save in advertising. Monies normally allocated for an advertising budget are paid instead in the form of commissions and bonuses to those responsible for creating the sales - the distributors. 

Residual income is another attractive feature of Network Marketing. Residual income is income that is paid to you long after the original effort for the sale was put forth. Insurance agents earn residual income each time one of their customers renews his/her policy - it required only the original effort to get the account (and maybe some effort to maintain it) and he/she gets paid each time the policy is renewed. Network Marketing takes this a step further - giving the distributor the ability to leverage himself by earning from the efforts of others in his/her network. Each time any of those in your network renews a product/service purchase, even though it may not have been directly related with your effort, you earn residual income because it was your effort that, either directly or indirectly, generated the sale. 

I DON'T LIKE TO SELL TO MY FRIENDS?
Most "Networkers" feel the same way. Network Marketing isn't about getting friends or family involved in something that you don't believe in. It has to do with promoting what you believe will help everyone (not just friends or family). If you don't believe in it, you should never pursue it. Those who fail in Network Marketing do so because they do not believe it will really help them or anyone they bring into it. 

Those who believe they can succeed with it have hope, confidence and the ability to set goals and carry them out. Network Marketing is not a "get-rich-quick" scheme. It is a business. It should be treated like a business - only more important, like your business. If you started your own "traditional" business - how would you promote it if you didn't believe in it yourself? 

Those who succeed in Network Marketing do so not because they've involved their friends or family, but because they believed in their ability to realize the potential the company held out for them. There is no reason one has to approach their family or friends, though when they begin to succeed, if they really love them - they will recommend it to them and help them succeed as well. 

THE ULTIMATE BUSINESS

  • AUTOMATION - In any business, Automation is the key to less demand on your time. The Ultimate Business must be fully automated to provide you with time Freedom.
 Network Marketing is a lucrative business for those who can target the needs of the time, the most efficient means of meeting those needs, and the ability to implement goals for success. In our day, needs are many - but two stands out: (1) Financial Independence and (2) the need to assist networkers in building their primary business with leads and training. The pace of our society and the difficult economic times have caused unwelcomed stress, anxiety, poor health and uncertainty toward the future. At the same time, technological advances (the Internet, automated communications, voiceblast, etc.) have presented the possibility for an explosive marketing push for those who will seize the opportunity. 

We have seen the potential to meet the two needs with the advances of our day, to bring the best possible opportunity for financial success without the headaches of conventional business ownership.Do you still want the 40-year, traditional business plan or do you want the Network Marketing Plan? 

What my life was

I thought long and hard about my first post upon completion of "TheSeekersWill", and it would be best if i start my journey where i was prior to getting the guts and making decisions from a 15hour cubicle life to a real life. So what will do is excerpt both my experiences and what MLM is about from the basics up. 

Its been almost 8 year that i have worked in the BPO industry starting from the basic entry level of CSA climbing the ladder to supervisor, quality, training and then finally to a manager level with even  offers to go higher. It was an accomplishment that i can be proud of being an achiever and dreamer (but sadly it’s just a title at the end of the day) though my dreams never really concerned the BPO back then. I am and will always be a flyer by heart, a licensed pilot and free spirit. Like most colleagues and people who attempted the BPO, i can say that little percentage actually dream t of working there in the first place, like most people, unforeseen circumstances drove us to a decision and the lure of a higher income rather than the traditional "Day job". Think of BPO's as being a watering hole where a huge and diverse animals come and gather for their own reasons (...hmm not really..haha damn animal planet reruns scrap that )

Don't get me wrong, it paid higher and i was happy with the experiences that thought me so much. The work was a good starting ground for most people while building their career. I remember those days, in Peoplesupport (it was'nt Aegis back then and from what i heard it was better back then), HR would hire amass of new graduates from different courses to fill in the seats and demands of the clients. I always asked this people how they got to know, the BPO and like me they would all answer the same thing "a friend endorsed me", "a friend sponsored me in", " i heard..", " a friend shared to me a good earning potential while", it all sounded the same. Even to the point were people are now saying "dude, i heard its better in ", " my friend can sponsor us at ... they pay better". It was learning experience for me being a "fresh blood" may it be bad or good.

Sorry to stop short but i just heard my eldest daughter yell “Daddy! Eat pancake!" But as my last paragraph shows people really thrive in building networks or relationships. We even use that “networks or relationships" to advertise and promote even without knowing that we have been doing it subconsciously all this year. It’s amazing really, looking back and how things connect haha
